Easy Setup and Usage
Haulers can signup, create, and manage their customer accounts independently and without administrative help from the station owner. Once signup is complete, users can utilize Portapay benefits immediately. Users receive an account number/PIN and funds loaded to Portapay accounts are available to be applied in real time.
Mobile Friendly App
Users can access Portapay at portapay.com via their computer or mobile device. Say a customer visits a station and has insufficient funds in their Portapay account to cover the requested volume, they can log into Portapay via their phone to add and apply funds.
Notifications Alerts
Live alerts immediately inform users of payment success or failure.
Emailed Receipts
Receive emailed receipts without administrative assistance.

Secured by Network Solutions® 256-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available. Portapay uses Stripe, a Payment Card Industry Level 1 Service Provider. Payments are PCI-DSS compliant using Stripe client-side tokenization, meaning sensitive data never touches our server.
